Casting Upgrade

Peach's Casting Upgrade is scheduled in 2024. We expect significant upgrades to FST's functionality. With this upgrade, casting orders will be enabled on-chain. The casting of orders can be thought of as placing orders on FST. FST will utilize its own on-chain DA memory solution. FST will also, for the first time, have its own mempool utilizing $PCH as a mempool CPU slot holder.

Casting orders will incur a fixed amount of CPU in the FST mempool. The mempool will be cleared once every 5 days on a rotational basis. Weekly clears will occur and each clear is expected to take 15 minutes. Locked PCH CPU will not be cleared.

  • Cast Limit Curve: OOAT users will be able to set limit orders that will continually be pushed to FST takers.

  • Cast Limit Oracle Curve: OOAT users will be able to set Oracle limit orders that will sit on the order books of FST takers until fulfilled. These oracle orders will trace current market index prices and will be fulfilled once a maker is found.

  • Open Calls: OOAT open calls allow an OOAT user to broadcast the intention to cast. This intention can be fulfilled even before a cast is executed. An open call is binding and will be routed through Peach Prompt in a human-readable approval process.

  • Peach Prompt Addressability: Prior to the introduction of Casting, Peach Prompt has been an execute-only AI. With the Sakura update, Peach Prompt will acquire addressability, where a Peach OOAT or FST approved user can type in prompts for PP to pull certain existing Open calls or Cast curves and share them with the approved user in a human-readable format.
